Refund Policy

At Rise & Revive After Breast Cancer CIC, we understand that sometimes plans change. As a not-for-profit organisation, many of our events are organised and paid for well in advance, so our refund policy helps us protect the sustainability of our community activities while remaining as fair as possible.

Event Bookings

If you are no longer able to attend one of our events, please let us know as soon as possible.

Warrior Weekend

A deposit secures your place at Warrior Weekend and is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Rise & Revive After Breast Cancer CIC.

If you have paid the full balance and need to cancel:

  • More than 8 weeks before the event: We will refund any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Within 8 weeks of the event: We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as accommodation, activities and other event costs will already have been committed.

  • If either you or Rise & Revive are able to find another participant to take your place, we will happily transfer your booking to them and refund any payments you have made (excluding the non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed).

Other Events

Refunds for workshops, social events or other activities may vary depending on the event and any costs already incurred. Where applicable, refund arrangements will be explained at the time of booking.

If We Cancel an Event

If Rise & Revive After Breast Cancer CIC needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund of any payments made, or

  • The opportunity to transfer their booking to a future event.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch with us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will always consider requests compassionately and do our best to find a fair solution wherever possible.
